This unusual ultra modern architecture homes design is a great architectural project created by Heather and Ivan Morison with a spot of tea on the side. They named this Balsa Wood House with curious name : “I am so sorry. Goodbye.”.
Two geodesic domes take organic shape, clad in Balsa wood and topped with a futuristic, hemispherical skylight that softly and naturally illuminates interiors. Inside, a minimalist, contemporary style lends an atmosphere of rest and relaxation

Laminata, A House of Glass by Kruunenberg Architecten

The Miesian quality of lightness and transparency so sought after by modernist architects has given way to a solidity and materiality seldom associated with the use of glass. Urban Cottage Design in New York by David Jay Weiner

Inside, the tall ceilings of this single-storey, open concept house plan, with floor-to-ceiling windows extending the length of the cottage on both sides, bathe interiors in natural light and enhance its sense of spaciousness. Clerestory windows offer additional illumination from above.
A feeling of relaxation prevails. In contrast to the black exterior, interiors feature a white palette on ceilings, walls and floors, which is punctuated by the colors of nature visible through the all-encompassing windows.
Compact House Design by Andrew Berman Architect

This Compact Homes design is actually more like a tree house than a cottage: Entering the small, high vestibule, one immediately confronts a narrow wood stair leading up to the second-level work space. At the rear of this loftlike expanse, the historian’s desk looks out through a 16-by-7-foot window directly onto a grove of trees with a stream in the near distance.
